Our Mission
We protect children from bullying, in every form it takes.
Save The Next Child was founded to make sure no child faces bullying alone. We work across four fronts: educating people to recognize bullying, protecting children in real time, advocating for laws that prevent it, and supporting those who have been hurt by it. Every law we champion carries the name of a child we lost, and the promise to save the next one.
Awareness
We educate students, parents, and educators to recognize bullying in all its forms, including the ones that leave no visible mark.
Protection
We give children and families the tools to respond safely, report effectively, and find immediate help when they need it.
Legislation
We advocate for laws that hold schools and systems accountable, named for the children we could not reach in time.
Support
We connect those affected with crisis resources, self-care tools, and a community that understands what they are going through.
The Reality
Bullying is more common than it should be.

Education
Understanding bullying.
Bullying is not always visible. Knowing the forms it takes is the first step to recognizing it, stopping it, and helping someone who is experiencing it.
Verbal Bullying
Name-calling, teasing, threatening, and making inappropriate comments. Often the starting point and the most common form of bullying.
Social Bullying
Spreading rumors, excluding someone, or embarrassing them publicly. Designed to damage reputation and relationships.
Physical Bullying
Hitting, kicking, pushing, tripping, or taking and breaking belongings. The most visible form, but not the only one.
Cyberbullying
Mean texts, hurtful comments, sharing embarrassing photos, or fake profiles. Follows a child home and never stops.
Legislation
Laws named for children we lost.
These laws honor the memory of young lives lost to bullying and work to protect students everywhere. We advocate for their passage so no other child's name has to follow.
